Why we’re here
Our family founded RK Ranch because we understand the value of Alaska food independence. Alaska is vast, at times harsh, and geographically separated from lower 48 supply chains. The families we serve know our goal is to provide them with the highest quality, locally grown products possible. We stand behind that commitment, always.
LOCALLY GROWN HAY
At RK Ranch, we know hay.
From Palmer to Point Mackenzie, over 2,000 acres of hay will be planted and harvested this year. Starting in May, we hit the ground running and it doesn’t stop until the last bale is put up in September.

BEEF, BISON, AND ELK
Locally grown and sustainable meat products make Alaska stronger.
Utilizing spent grain from local breweries keeps thousands of tons of waste out of landfills. We use this grain in conjunction with our hay and pastureland to feed our animals. You can be a part of this sustainable food chain by enjoying our meat products.
